Business Marketing Internship

Frantz Group has a part-time marketing & administrative internship opportunity available. This position would be working directly with the President of the company to perform various clerical duties as well as support of other members of management of our marketing organization.  The duties would include but are also not limited to the following:

  • Filing
  • Office Organization
  • Scheduling of meetings as needed
  • Assisting with market research projects
  • Update sales and marketing databases-potential cold calling involved
  • Assisting with client visit set-ups
  • Assisting with answering calls
  • Tracking and stocking of office supplies

Hours are flexible but would need to be first shift-and a consistent schedule is preferred.  Approximate hours are 15-30 per week and would be at the corporate HQ in Grafton, WI.

The candidate must have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), excellent computer and communication skills. The candidate must also be able to think on their feet and excel in a fast paced environment.  This position reports to the HR Generalist but will work with various members of management. Ability to use multiple search engines including social media is preferred.
