Customer Service Enrollment Representative

Frantz Group is hiring a Customer Enrollment Business Development Representative to perform program enrollment customer service tasks for one of the leading banks in the world. This client is looking to grow their card services business through customer service and marketing activities including; outbound and inbound phone calls, emailing, and maintaining a superior level of customer service.  Frantz Group will provide competitive salary with a bonus plan, benefits, fun work environment, and room for advancement in a career in marketing.

A successful candidate will have:

  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to process changes quickly
  • The ability to receive direction and work accurately; both in a team and independently

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and grammar skills
  • Process driven
  • High attention to detail
  • CRM and Microsoft Office experience Ability to work in a fast pasted environment and adapt to changing strategy
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Associates or B.A Degree in Business, Communications or related field or applicable experience

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Must pass a background check and drug screening for this position.
